Live Fire Chefs did an amazing job for our wedding. They were quick to respond to my catering inquiry. Setup a nice food tasting for the menu items we wanted. The food tasting was incredible, which convinced us to use them for our wedding. They had all the sides prepared and everything else was prepped but cooked on site, so everything was fresh and hot. Even though we were running behind schedule, live fire chefs was perfectly on time and had all the food ready at the time I requested. We got nothing but compliments on the food. The coconut shrimp is the best I’ve ever had and this food was the best wedding food I’ve ever had! every night building relationships rather than stressing about food, prep and cleanup. We are all so thankful for Chef Patrick and could not be happier with him."

“I've been to many catered events, but this was like having someone deliver an upscale, made from scratch mini restaurant to the event location, complete with amazing chefs, and a top notch service team.Chef Cahill even makes his own seasoning blends and sauces, to make sure special diet requests are honored and delicious. Even our guests who were vegan or gluten free enjoyed gourmet food.
Everything cooked on site from scratch, a custom fruit display tower, a full bar with custom drinks that went with our theme, and so much delicious food!! A great time was had by all.
